How to Schedule an Appointment
New (Initial) Certification
If you are looking to schedule an appointment for a New (Initial) certification, please first create a patient account on the PA Department of Health site, make sure that you have a qualifying condition, and then email us at schedule@mmjadvocatedoc.com
Recertification
All recertification appointments can be booked by using our secure online booking calendar:
Our charge for a recertification appointment is $55 (even if your card has expired or you were certified by someone else outside of our practice previously.)
Please note: The calendar limits booking to 30 days into the future, so please check back in a few days/weeks if you need an appointment beyond what is currently available.
Our Cancellation Policy
We respect your time. We are one of the few telehealth practices that calls each and every patient promptly at their scheduled appointment time, and we expect you to answer the phone when we call for your appointment.
-We require 2 hours advanced notice for changing or cancelling an appointment. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to two hours before your scheduled appointment time without any penalty. If you give us less than 2 hours notice or No-show for your appointment, you will be charged a $25 No-Show/Late-Cancel fee.

-What do I do if I miss my appointment? Email our scheduler at schedule@mmjadvocatedoc.com and she will assist you with rescheduling. She will email you an invoice to pay the $25 No-Show fee.
Re: Minors
Re: Minor (under age of 18) patients - We are no longer accepting patients under the age of 18. However, please contact our scheduler for assistance if your child is an existing patient of Dr. Minkovich.
