PA Medical Marijuana Program: Qualifying Condition Update

PA Medical Marijuana Program update: As of Saturday, March 18, 2023, "Chronic Hepatitis C" has been added to the list of qualifying conditions at the recommendation of the Medical Marijuana Advisory Board. Notice of the acceptance of the recommendation by the Secretary of Health was published in the PA Bulletin as required by law.
