Tolerance Break Guide

For those folks who notice a increasing tolerance in the course of their medical cannabis use, it may be helpful to take a tolerance break. This of course may not be feasible for some people; for others it may be doable. The following guide was authored by Tom Fontana, LCMHC, LADC. Per his bio on the Drexel University website, “Tom is the Alcohol, Cannabis, and Other Drugs Initiatives Manager at the University of Vermont. He is Principal Investigator of a research study seeking to gauge the effectiveness of cannabis harm reduction resources.”

‘T-Break Guide’ is a free resource to help people take a tolerance break from cannabis:

Thank you to Tom for contributing this helpful and needed tool to the existing body of practical medical cannabis information.
