Permanent regulations for the PA Medical Marijuana Program have been approved

Here are the Final-form (permanent) regulations for the PA Medical Marijuana Program that were recently approved by the IRRC (Independent Regulatory Review Commission) for anyone who wants to get into the weeds/granular details of it all: Final Form Regulations

Background: The program has been operating under temporary regulations for several years. Now the regulations have been approved in total and have been made permanent.

Note: It is still possible to change the regulations via an administrative process (Dept of Health promulgation followed by approval by the relevant legislative committee and then by the IRRC), or by legislative action (i.e. passing a bill into law.)
